The Trip - Tour Code: SGP/GTH

FRIDAY 25 MAY 2012
After a quick flight across the North Sea we expect to be at our CITY CENTRE SCANDIC Hotel in the afternoon where you will have plenty of time to acclimatise yourself. Gothenburg is an up-andcoming city break destination, for culture, shopping and entertainment. We suggest that you cross the City to the “LISABERG” one of the best theme parks in Scandinavia

SATURDAY
GRAND PRIX DAY

We are handily placed for you to explore the city centre and have the whole day in which to do it. Our hotel is so close to the stadium that you may stroll to it and your leisure. The first Swedish GP held at Ullevi was August 2002 the track record is 69.40 held jointly by Jason Crump and Rune Holta. 38,390 watched the World Final in September 1974 when Anders Michanek won the title with a rare 15point maximum.

SUNDAY 27 MAY 2012
Late May in Sweden will see weather at its very best, with hopefully long days of sunshine, and short nights. Gothenburg ha plenty to offer the visitor, and for those who missed the lovely LISABERG THEME PARK on Friday, we do suggest a visit here before we all depart from the “Land of the Lakes”.
