Our many direct flights on the 2hr route to Prague depart early morning and we expect to be at our CITY CENTRE…JURY’S HOTEL just after midday. After checking in we will depart for MSENO..Just over 90 minutes away, for the evening CZECH EXTRA LEAGUE match between MSENO v DIVISOV…something really different to enjoy.
FRIDAY
As we will be offering a slightly different structure to the weekend we will be offering an optional 3hr City and cruise tour as a truly wonderful introduction to the beautiful city of Prague. Discover her famous historical landmarks as you explore the city by coach, boat and by foot. This is a wonderful excursion, and a superb way to see all the famous landmarks and tourist sites. After this tour Enjoy a relaxing lunch and leisurely afternoon in the Old Town
SATURDAY
GRAND PRIX DAY
A relaxing morning in the main city, and later all roads will lead to MARKETA the home of the Czech Grand Prix. We are only 20 minutes from the Marketa Stadium which will be staging its record breaking 16th consecutive Grand Prix. It hosted its first SGP event on 17th May 1997 and the winner was Greg Hancock who set the track record 62.40 seconds which still stands today After the meeting with its spectacular Firework display we return to our excellent HOTEL, right in the heart of the city, just a short stroll from Wenceslas Square so there will still be time to enjoy the nightspots of Prague. Sunday 13 May 2012 Our excellent range of local flights back to Luton, Stansted, Gatwick Birmingham, and Newcastle depart late afternoon and early evening. This is a really full weekend of top quality Speedway and famous historical sites.
