VOJENS whilst being an excellent racing track with superb viewing has little to offer the visitor. However just under 3 hrs away is one of the truly great cities of Europe…HAMBURG. With possibly the most exotic night life you can imagine along the infamous Reeperbahn, you also have superb shopping areas, and the lovely ALSTER Lake in the very heart of this most cosmopolitan city.

Our DIRECT flights depart from STANSTED, GATWICK, LUTON and BIRMINGHAM mid-morning, arriving in HAMBURG just before lunch. Our brand new MOTEL 1 is centrally located in this amazing city. We have left the afternoon and evening free for personal visits. The city of HAMBURG has a well deserved reputation for some fairly “exotic” night life, but alongside that you do have a most sophisticated city full of quality bars, cafés and restaurants.
Saturday
Time to relax and enjoy the sights and ambience of HAMBURG as we will be taking in an optional very full guided tour of the city and huge harbour complex.
Later we leave early afternoon on the very fast Autobahn system for the 3hr journey north into Denmark and VOJENS the spiritual home of OLE OLSEN. Saturday is the GRAND PRIX, and with hosts DENMARK boasting many of the pre meeting favourites, add a full house at VOJENS and a stadium constructed by Ole Olsen way back in the 1970’s a great meeting is expected.
With start time at 7.00pm…we should be on our way back to HAMBURG just after 2200hrs and with open roads we should be back in the city just after midnight
Sunday
There is a GERMAN SPEEDWAY FINAL at BROKSTEDT (just 1hr north of Hamburg) on Sunday afternoon, and we plan to take this in as part of the weekend. Another TOTALLY NEW TRACK to us, and also a great opportunity to see many of the German riders who have yet to come to England. Brokstedt is a large, extremely fast typically German track, and has in the past been the venue for World Team Cup Finals.
We plan to arrive back in HAMBURG early evening, so plenty of time to make the most of an evening in this most entertaining and fun packed City.

A relaxing morning before we leave on the short drive back to HAMBURG AIRPORT and our flights back to your UK base...what a very full weekend.
